THE NAME
A concave format with an excellent capacity to “grip” the sauce. The format is a creation of the Parmesan extruder technician Carlo Mori, a Barilla designer, and was presented in 1987 as part of the “Exclusive Barilla Shapes”, together with the Bifore (with a profile like a letter “B”), Castellane and Trifogli.
