Abstract: the gate of an ancient palace opens and a young woman on a bicycle comes out and goes for a ride to the center of town in Parma. She rides through the Cathedral Square and in front of the Baptistery tower along Via Cavour. She notices the window of a fresh pasta store where a tray of fresh Tagliatelle egg pasta dominates the scene. The camera brings us inside the shop decorated with beautiful ancient furniture and tools (they were borrowed from the Barilla Historical Archives), while a woman is kneading the dough and then rolling it out by hand to prepare lasagna pasta.
