Abstract: in the dressing rooms of a theater, an impresario is running back and forth looking for the industrial entrepreneur that is financing the show to tell him that the presenter missed his plane and will not be able to be there on time. But there is no problem: he has already found a suitable substitute! The entrepreneur immediately launches into a description of his products, Stuffed Tortelloni, to the newcomer. The improvised presenter is catapulted onto the stage. After an initial moment of confusion, he builds a surreal monologue in which he tries to hypnotize the “Tortelloni, my Tortelloni!”. He runs into the kitchen where a chef reassures him showing him a supply of stuffed pasta boxes, stored on shelves since it does not require refrigeration. «Barilla Tortelloni, a new pleasure to put to the test».
