Sceneggiatura

The brief encounters with love poetry featuring Giorgio Albertazzi propose something different each time without a precise criteria of choice, except for that of taste. This new series begins with the reading of the sonnet “If thou must love me” by Elizabeth Browning (1806-1861); the following time Albertazzi proposes to the public a poem by Thomas Augustine Daly (1871-1948), then follow verses by Virgil (70-19 B.C.) that tell ofthe unfortunate love of Orpheus and Eurydice.
Albertazzi then proposes to the public the text of a blues song by an unknown author entitled “My melancholic mood” and musically arranged by Lee Konitz (1927 - ), and ends this third cycle of commercials reading some love poems of Nikolaj Nekrasov (1821-1877).
